City site support guidelines

These guidelines, for Twestival city site admins, update my previous post on this subject:
- Only post support issues using this contact form.
- Do not post support questions elsewhere, such as Twitter, the Twestival Help Google Group or comments on this site.
- Ensure the subject line of your message summarises the specifics of your query - do not use vague subjects such as ’support question’.
- Always include the full url of your city site in communications. Site addresses must be supplied in the format
<http://cityname.twestival.com>- always include http:// - Always provide full urls when referring to internet resources - for example when discussing a plugin not installed on the Twestival site.
Following these guidelines will ensure I can address issues as quickly as possible - however be aware my time zone is GMT (UK).

I’m with Tony. You may be busy at your job…but Tony (and Amanda) seem to doing the jobs of 3 people each! And they are doing it all volunteer from what I have gathered!
But them a break and help them out by streamlining your email support questions and follow the guidelines above!

I love the purpose for which you guys are working for. I wish to do something right from my country as well. Kindly tell me how I can participate and what is it that I can do to support.
